Complaint against GoSkippy Insurance

I use to get cheaper car insurance and you come up trumps with GoSkippy insurance. My renewal was £4234.49 this year from £1078.48 from last year. I phoned them to complain about the price hike and I said that I would not be renewing. The person I spoke to mubbled that he cancelled my insurance. I asked that as I pay monthly that should not happen until 27th May and asked that he did not cancelled it from the time of the call. he said it would stop on the 27th May and hung up. Two days later I received a letter from GoSkippy dated the day I phoned them stating they could not contact me and that they have new rates and would like to check the have offered me the most competitive price. I would be contacting them because they were complacent and did not want to talk to me. I have found another company through that will save me £200 from last year I will be applying for that instead. I will continue to use your company for my needs but I think that you should know that GoSkippy does not operate the same high level customer service as you I don't want your companies good name spoiled by one company only instrested in grabbing as much money they think people will pay without checking.
