Complaint against 1st Central
Two months ago I received an email advising me to calm them regarding my final direct debit payment by i no longer has a policy with them, I was told to ignore this email, a few weeks later I had a text advising I owned them money witha charge since then I'm being told misleading and different information by each customer service adviser. After numorus phone calls to them they advised they would be listening to phone calls to confirm I was given the wrong information and that i would receive a call back once this had happened, since then I've heard nothing, this was over a month ago now!
