do not use direct line group,

Complaint against Direct Line

i booked a holiday for me and my partner on feb 6th 2015 for march 20th to sharm el sheikh i always leave it late to book as my son has a terminal illness, unfortunatley my son passed away on march 6th with the funeral on march 20th, i rang my insurance company(direct line group) which is part of my nat west account to make a claim i was told as he had a pre exsisting condition i was unable to claim and the underiters were unwilling to hounor the claim & there was nothing they could do and that i should read the terms & conditions,
