Complaint against Birmingham Midshires
New property (Gatt's) built on our shared drive meant we needed Deed of Easement to change legal right of way but coincided with our house sale. Deed signed by 6 parties in 4+ months. Gatt's lender Birmingham Midshires (6th) signing Oct 30th meant we could Exchange, Complete, move on Nov 17th. But BM 'returned' it twice as empty envelope, just a covering letter. BM finally admitted losing DoE Nov 20th. All our stuff in storage, camping in empty home. Terrible stress. New 6 x 6pp deed printed. I courier fat envelope around the southwest, saving 2 weeks. Move house Dec 22. Storage, extra legal and removal costs nearly £4K. Write to BM twice. No apology. Not their customer, just victim.
