Complaint against Mercury Holidays
A group of 4 are booked to go on holiday with Mercury Holidays around May this year. We had provided all the documentation they asked for. Then on 12/08/17 we receive a letter to say that they needed the scanned passport copies sent to the [email protected] email address. On 14/08/17 early morning this was done, but no reply to the email was received. Phoned them & they were very unhelpful. Said the email should be sent to [email protected] & not [email protected] Soon after another email was sent to the admin address but till now, 15/08/17 there has been no response. How long does it take just to send an email to say that the email sent has been received, as this email had scanned copies of passports & we needed to know that it had reached to the people intended to receive it.
