Complaint against Staysure

my friend and i went to gran-canaria in march of last year .for seven days' while we were there my husband was admitted to hospital via a/e .could not swallow therefore couldnot eat or drink..my friend and i had to fly home 2 days early..i did not thin k it was fair that my friend paid her own fare back so i paid .i got in touch with --staysure---and asked for a claim form assistant asked -do you want it sent by post or e mail -i asked for letter assistant replyed quicker by email-- by which i replied --o-k i gave the assistant my e -mail and never ever -or had an email to the above .i will never use STAYSURE INSURANCE AGAIN ----[-ROSEMARY NORMAN
