[LAPSED] Insensitive mailing after death abroad

Complaint against Staysure

My father died suddenly on holiday in Spain. Quite apart from the distress caused when staysure refused to honour the full cost of repatriation which has only happened in the last 2 days, the distress of my recently widowed mother has been increased by staysure sending a mailing offering a discount to purchase insurance again?!!! I cannot believe the insensitivity of this, surely any decent company has safeguards in place to avoid this type of occurrence? To add insult from injury the mailing arrived while she was identifying his body for the coroner!!
