Complaint against Staysure

I have received an automatic travel insurance renewal from Staysure which I do not wish to take up. A phone number was provided to tell them this. I have phoned it three times and left on hold for 30 minutes at a time. This is a ridiculous state of customer service in this day and age. I have used Staysure a number of times in the past but will certainly never use them again. Please get back to me ASAP. Marjorie Dunning.

I finally managed to speak to an adviser and cancel the automatic renewal (although this call was unexpectedly stopped). My complaint is still that I disagree with automatic renewals and the sheer impossibility of getting through on the telephone which resulted in the waste of an entire morning. It certainly makes me think twice about dealing with you in future.

staysure continu to rip off their customers and are now taking money fro insurance policies they haven't even provided.. NOTHING BUT CO MEN !!!!
