Halifax is a total fraud with my account
Complaint against
Halifax
My account was opened due to an offer in a TV advert. The Halifax never paid the offer and charged fraudulant fees from my account and are still charging fraudulant fees and going about asking for money in THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS with collections agencies and baillifs on my home telephone and door and making court claims for YEARS and YEARS.

I have been with Halifax for over 9 years, on the 24 and 25th of December lots of money was fraudulently withdrawn from my account when I was enjoying my time with my family on Christmas day. Called them immediately and they REFUSED TO REFUND ME WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING INTO MY ACCOUNT. BUNCH OF USELESS INCOMPETENT STAFF WHO COULDNT EVEN ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.
