Complaint against Halifax
Halifax has had the required documentation from my solicitor since early November, but hasn't processed my mortgage transfer and now hasn't replied to a series of complaints made since the start of January. This is not good enough, not meeting their own stated standards of dealing with complaints, and is costing me money every month!
