Complaint against HSBC

I am writing to you to complain about the service that I have received from HSBC over the past 4 months. Simply, I have received false, conflicting and incorrect information from various employees of your bank. I have various accounts with HSBC for over 20 years. I would like to open a simple business account and after countless emails and phone calls, yesterday, I was told that HSBC is unable to open business bank account for a company that holds a mortgage with another bank if the bank holds a debenture. Initially HSBC requested a letter of Letter of non-crystallisation of floating charge, which I obtained from a solicitor, and yesterday I was told that it is HSBC policy not to open accounts where debentures are present. I have in hand a cheque of £66,000 from HMRC which I need asap, I am unable to cash the cheque and there is no body competent in your bank to speak to. Please can you clarify and revert back to me at your earliest convenience. Yours sincerely
