Complaint against HSBC

I hired a car from Rental cars .com and paid for full cover Of the vehicle. I was to pick the car up at Murcia airport. The person at the desk at the airport asked for my credit card, I asked him why do you need my credit card? He said it was for any damage to the car. €1000. Excess. I told him that I had paid over sixty pounds insurance for complete cover. He insisted that it was some other company that provides this cover even though it is sold on their web site. So l told him to cancel the cover, I received a refund. The hire of the car was from the 20th June to the 28th l returned the car full of petrol, and no damage. So the hire of the car was paid and the fuel. The man at the desk handed me some papers on one of them I noticed that three payments Had been taken from my credit card totalling £ 231.68. I asked them why have you taken money from my credit card. He said it must be a computer error. I was furious and said this is theft you had no rights to touch this card it was given to you for excess security only. When I got home I called the bank and reported it. HSBC Did nothing to resolve this fraudulent act. I then got a letter dated 16 oct, 4 months later to say that they will be taking this money that was stolen from my Acc. I called customers service several times to complain, and visit my main branch but got nowhere. One person promised to call me back on, Mon 31Oct but he never called. I did get a voice message which said. This is HSBC. You need take no further action, and do not return call. So I thought it was solved. On the 4 Nov HSBC. took this money from my Acc. Can you help.
