Complaint against Domestic \u0026 General

Domestic and General said in an email that a member of staff from the Resolution team would contact me about my complaint - this has not happened. They suggested that I contacted them by phone - I am not prepared to do this because (a) I have to wait a long time before I can speak to anyone. (b) I had spoken to them about the complaint earlier on the phone and was promised help I did not get. The right freezer was delivered today for which I am thankful. I will have to call my private installer out again to install the freezer and pay him another fee. A member of the resolution team promised me on the phone that when the right freezer is delivered the delivery men would take my discarded freezer away for me. I asked the delivery men to do this as Domestic & General had promised this would happen. The reply was that as no instructions were given them to do this, they could not take the discarded freezer away. The resolution team also said on the phone that in regards to my claim for compensation for £50.00 that is due to me for the installation fee that was wasted, I would have confirmation from a superior that they would meet the claim. I have had no contact from a superior. Another promise broken. I have been without the freezer now for 3 weeks because of bad management on the part of Domestic and General. This has led to considerable inconvenience for me in regard to my frozen food. I have asked them for an apology for this. Why is Domestic & General treating me so badly? I have 8 appliances covered by them and now they are giving me shocking treatment.If any of my other appliances are written off as beyond repair will I have the same treatment? How can I demand the claim for £50.00 compensation for the wasted fee for installation of the wrong freezer?
