Card Declined, Too Many Issues Resolving It.
Complaint against TSB Bank
Card Declined, for reasons unknown. Cant Get Past Long Phone Queues to Fraud Dept to Resolve. Customer services cant help. Then rang to complaint and put through to another phone queue for that. Gave up. In short, the helplines are clearly not sufficiently staffed. I even asked customer services if I called Lost & Stolen would I get right through to resolve it, but increduously was told I'd be in a long queue for that!
