they will not realease information asked for to help police do there investigation

Complaint against Western Union

i have lost in total £1650 with western union i was scamed by a gentleman who was supposed to live in azerbaijan i asked for the local pick up address in azerbaijan and a copy of the persons signature they will not supply this after three weeks of me trying the azerbaijan police requested this information i believe western union are covering up for the scamers i have spoken to staff many times names include nancy (manager) ben 209/ sahra jil 045/sam blanchy/ jill256/ over a three week period and no help regarding my information so i could pass it on to the azerbaijan police i attach a fraud passport the man is using

western union have been of no help they tell you to contact your local police and of course they are not interested i have been getting the help of azerbaijan internal affairs that is there police but no help whatsoever from western union they could not care
