Credit hub keeps taking £14.99

Complaint against Credit Hub

Credit hub keeps taking £14.99 even though cancelled my card and the number they provided is 50p per minute so I rang them and keeps you on hold only to realise when ringing at 6.30 they are closed at 5 so they have cost me 50p a minute until i realised they would have just kept me on hold without a system saying they are closed. I want this refunding, my account cancelling and the cost of my call to be refunded as I would not have had to contact them if I had known about this.

I spoke to a customer services agent and they said they will not refund my money after 14 day trial but if i knew about 14 day trial I would have cancelled it. I will be contacting trade and standards because I never received any notifications that I have signed up and I'm a student and £15 is a lot of money to me.
