Cancel membership

Complaint against Credit Hub

I have not applied for credit hub with my new bank which I have had for 2 months and have not given my new card details out. Yet somehow I'm still being charged. From a different bank account entirely. I'm absolutely livid as they are now making me more over drawn than what I was. Therefore, I wish to cancel my imaginary membership.
