Complaint against Pockit
I paid £200 into my pockit account on 27th September. The payment was declined because I had hit the transfer limit on my account. They said it would take 10 days to hit my account. It is not back and they refuse to give me a reason. They said they would speak to their finance team and they would get back to me but have not done so. I called them today and asked to speak to about manager. I was promised a call back before lunch. I took time off work to do this. I have not received a call back yet. Trying to call them back right now and after 20 minutes they say they are busy and the line cuts off. Which leads me to believe they are ignoring my calls. This is the third time I have calle this afternoon. Since 2pm. It's now 3pm. Please help me!
