I tried contacting Pockit as I had forgotten my Password, the reset link did not work .. Sat on phone for over 30 minutes totally unhelpful. Eventually I remembered my Password and was able to login. I reset my Password. I advised Pockit that I have sorted. I then get a message to say they have frozen my account until I produce ID.... what good is that I did not have to provide when I set up the account... They refuse to reimburse my small balance.. Looks like that is how they make money
