Complaint against Pockit

Customer service shocking been a customer for years never had a minutes worth of bother then boom Email saying account is in review asked for all sorts of id and proof of stuff which ive sent still no access staff rude when you do get through and email replys are all the same saying I've got to wait for review completed wont tell me how long so now my direct debits arent getting paid Been on other forums and its happening to lots of customers looks like it might have to be small claims court to get my own money back Somethings not right with this company Heres a guide to hopefully help anyone in same situation that's been by pockit Register with resolver.co.uk they put a complaint in with pocket and allow 20 days till you can get the deadlock letter you'll need for ombudsman its free. Register your complaint with the financial ombudsmen its free. Go to gov.uk money claims to put your claim in this will cost you£105 but it gets added to claim which you'll get back when you win Noticed a lot of recent good reviews on here for pockit wonder if its friends and family of the firm
