Complaint against Pockit

I have my benefit moneynpaid into a Pockit account and they have stopped my card say the under review I have been trying to get my funds since Monday morning now and still waiting I have a young child who is four ninety old and a ten ya old n carnt feed them or nothing and everytime I ask to speak to Simone higher they hang up a need my money
