Declined bank transfer no refund issued

Complaint against Pockit

Through Internet banking sent a £40 faster payment bank transfer to my Pockit account. Money was declined by Pockit but not returned to me now 14 days ago. Iv sent Pockit all evidence both from my bank and Pockit account as requested. Iv telephoned daily for updates since, i constantly get fobbed of by help section always informing me it has been escalated for payment. They don't come over as helpful at all its a constant battle all I want is My £40 back that they kept wrongfully instead.of returning it to me "the customer" "the legal owner of the cash" Still waiting probably owe more than £40.00 on the phone calls I have to make cus no one appears to be bothered answering my e_mails how rude. Keep Clear!!!!!

Hi I am able to pay for items online and transfer money to others but I keep being repeatedly declined cash from my pockit account I have tried countless atms and the same thing happens everytime has this happened to anybody else? Does anybody know what is going on?

i won £5.000 on buzz bingo transferred it to my pocket account payment got declined thay said its been sent back 14 days after now still not sent my money back seems like my £5.000 just dissapered what can i do about this
