Late refund of funds

A company took funds from My account and I didn’t receive the service. So I contacted the company to sort out the problem. They then forwarded an emai to Pockit to say they could retrieve the funds. It took Pockit 3 days to get back to me after I lodged the problem and now a further three days have past and still no refund. I have emailed 4 times with no response and now the phone lines won’t accept my calls and I am still waiting for the Money a week later!! I’m on a very low income and informed Pockit of this (and they can see from my account how little I earn) and the money i am owed is desperately needed. I hate having to resort to third party intervention but they have left me No choice after ignoring my attempts to find out what’s going on.
