Complaint against Pockit

i joined 3 month ago because partner had a upgraded account with them so i tryed to get mine upgraded sent them more than enough to do it the advisors i spoke to nearly every day from 10 april to 18 april said it would be sufficent to get it upgraded as my payment was due next day all of sudden upgrade send message saying upgrade refued for no reason phoned back was told i would get a call back (still waiting ) so next day payment got declined so the jobcentre re issued payment after pleading with them all day so i tryed to get it put in my partners account just before money hits her account they send email saying her account is in review please send documents to verification team so she did so spoke to advisor sqaid all documents ok he said he spoke to verification team ajnd they would review it next day but obviously my payment got declined again as it was day before good friday they basically screwed me also the advisor said to partner dont worry i will personally phone you back next day this was on 18/04 (19/04/19) between 9am and 10pm guess what still awaiting call so tryed to phone the bank friday 19th at 10 am shut not even open her account never had a problem i am thinking about going to bank ombudsman they record there calls allegdly well ive kept every email and every recorded call myself they are an absoulute headache to deal with and on top of that my post office phone bill is now at £79 thanks to pockit no help team would be nice of them to pay that but from reading other peoples comments they dont even want to them back there own money so wont hold out for any type of apology
