Complaint against Pockit

Applied for a new card for my elderly, which arrived promptly, and has been activated. I loaded the card with £61 by bank transfer, carefully following the exact procedure, including entering the reference number exactly as directed. I have been unable to get hold of Pockit, either by phone, or by them responding to my email. The answer phone message just says there are no agents available, and to email in, and then you get cut off. My elderly father is in receipt of pension credits, and cannot afford to be without this £61, which he needs for essentials including food!
