Complaint against Pockit

Avoid!!! One star is one star too many. starting out I was sceptical after all the reviews and comments on social media however thought I’d still give them a try. I had some funds go into my account I went to make transfer and they held the payment and asked for source of funds which I proved and eventually went through. Worked fine for a week then they froze my account while there is £500 in there! They again asked me for documents, source of funds etc... I provided this within the hour they replied with ‘Perfect thank you our team shall be in touch’ or something along those lines. It’s now been weeks and as much as I've messaged on Facebook messenger, sent multiple emails, I’ve sent all the relevant information to the complaints to the financial ombudsman AND STILL WAITING TO HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT!!! All I keep getting from pockit is the same response message. They think ill let this go they got the wrong guy I’ll continue to chase this for as long as it takes!!! I have also had a notification saying £505.07 unload yet no one has told me why this is when they told me my money is safe guarded. Absolutely ridiculous
