got a survey call from 0207 8909051

Complaint against Lloyds Bank

apparently Lloyds Bank authorised GSK to ring my number and survey me on my recently opened savings account for a child. I don't have children and I haven't opened a savings account. If Lloyds did authorise this what exactly were they playing at as they should know my details. At the time rang the first time I was attending to my 91 year old mother who has alzheimers, I had to leave her to answer the phone, when I got to the phone it had rung off. Then the phone rang again and yet again I was interrupted and this time they said they wanted to conduct a survey. I do not do any surveys on the phone because of all the scamming. If Lloyds want to conduct a survey they can write to me. Why authorise this survey when I don't have children and have not opened a savings account. I am disgusted with Lloyds bank if they did authorise this. Fiona Summers-Smith
