Complaint against Paysafecard

Dear Sir/Madam, I recently brought a paysafe voucher on 02-12-2016 serial number 1631429003 from my local pay point store and the same night the voucher was blocked, i then sent my id and my friends id and i stated in the email that i need this voucher unblocked so i continue with my purchase and i have been waiting 4 days for this to be unblocked and have tried to speak to the manager to look into this and now im only getting a refund which takes 11 working days which is no good to me and the customer service agents are not willing to help me unblock the voucher even though they know im the customer and this is very bad service as i needed this voucher to use and now im left £100 out of pocket and have no funds left to spend. I even offerred to go the shop and let them call paysafe to confirm i brought this voucher and i still canot get anywhere and keep getting delayed when i ask to speak to the manager. Can u please look into this further ~Thanks very much Mr Gurvinder Sehmbi
