Complaint against NatWest

NatWest bank had declined my Case in which we had our life saving over £10k taken from our online banking app. The app was duplicated and opened from another device and money was transferred out. Natwest declined our case stating there was no compromise so natwest could not help us, meaning that I must have provided someone with my online banking verification code which I did not. I received 3 calls from natwest in regards to suspicious activity online. The same number as the one on the back of my card only to be told by natwest they wouldn't use that number to call me and the calls where fake. ( I still never gave out any personal information on the phone) I have made an official complaint as Natwest are refusing to look into my case. I want our life savings back and have been treated like a criminal instead of a victim by natwest the call handlers on the phone who are apart of the online fraud team are unsympathetic and are quick to blame you. This week has been far the hardest and most stressful week of my life and I have received no help or support from Natwest where I thought my money was safe.
