Complaint against NatWest
Hello I phoned business banking twice over the last week and on the last occasion I was left on hold for over 30 minutes. It is a requirement made by Natwest to call this number. I was charged over £6.00 for this phone call which lasted just over 50 minutes in total. This is an excessive cost for a start up business and does not give me the consumer confidence. I would like a full refund for the total ammount of both calls.
