Q: When does an overdraft of £860 turn into a debt of over £5,000? A: When you bank with Nat West!

Complaint against NatWest

I became a 'third party signatory' regarding the above; The bank refuses to reduce their unfair charges/interest. My own online banking was cancelled, not once, but twice! All monies have been repaid and a Tomlin Order set up to repay additional interest of £1,840 levied by Nat West. No payments ever missed, the bank passed account to debt collectors, threatening visits to my home from bailiffs. I was terminally ill with genetic end-stage lung disease and extremely distressed by this course of events. In my 1st year of recovery from a double lung transplant, they still refuse to communicate, even though I've authority on this account and I signed/pay the Tomlin Order! N/West The Fair Bank! Really? LOL
