Too big to care or help

Complaint against HomeServe

Routine “service” 2 weeks ago. Went to basement and found puddle under boiler 1 week later and slow drip. Phoned to be told I had to pay callout fee to get engineer out. Waited 5hours for engineer who never came. Call centre repeated stock apologies and offered another time slot which I couldn’t stay at home for. Even received feedback request “how was the engineer?” Text! This company will take your money every month then still charge a callout then not attend. Very unhappy.
