It was recently revealed that car insurance bills rocketed 9.4% in the year to February.

The rate of increase is FOUR times faster than the rate of inflation, taking the average policy to £661.

You don’t need to be Mark Carney to work out that 2 + 2 = a massive premium if you’re not careful.

And despite new rules that demand they show last year’s premium on renewal letters, insurers are STILL trying to convince us to auto-renew at massively inflated prices.

Just look at the king’s ransom GoSkippy tried to charge this granddad.

Spoiler alert: he told GoSkippy to go stick it, switched and saved £5,000.

How dim do they think we are?

When a customer comes up for renewal, do they spin a wheel of fortune to decide the price?

Auto-renew your car insurance and you’ll be left as poor as a church mouse that’s put his nest on Corbyn to be the next prime minister and just had an enormous tax bill on the very day his wife ran off with another mouse, taking all the cheese.

Fortunately, you can beat both the rampant price rises and extortionate auto-renewals by switching to a cheaper deal on A Spokesman Said.
