Complaint against Vaillant

Today on 23/11/15 my boiler was completley fixed, the engineer had confirmed that no further action is needed in order to fix the boiler. However the water was still cold and there was no improvements made in the boiler. I spoke to one of the memebers and i was told that the boiler needs a flow flash. I had told them that we had already done a flow flash 3 months ago and was told by another engineer that i wouldn't have to do one for about 4 more years. I was trying to explain to the member of staff but i was told over and over again that a flow flash is needed. If indeed further action should be taken with my boiler then why was I not informed by your engineer. He had made it clear that the boiler shouldn't need fixing but its still not in a good condition.
