Complaint against Vaillant

Had a Vaillant eco 832 installed at the end of June 2018 which was working fine, very quiet but a little clunky when the heating timer cut in or out. Now come today early November I arrive home at 07:30 to a message from my partner saying there is no hot water or heating. Right ring the installer, he was great attempted to talk me through a few thing but they did not work. Next time to call the Vaillant breakdown team (Possibly person) Not available in my area for 2 days. Hmmmm. Not happy now. Ok book that because my insurance for boiler breakdown will not come out as it is under the warranty. Ash for a manager to call me back. Just under 7 hours later I get a manager ... corporate talk about he has already advised that 2 days is the earliest to get an engineer. Ok 4 month old boiler that I was informed I could get repaired myself but the company will not pay for it so I have to wait 2 days. I had a 25 year old Worcester Bosch prior to going green .. no issue what so ever with it or the company. All I wanted was an engineer to come and fix it the same day and give me some hot water and heating but no that is in the too difficult box for Vaillant
