Boiler broke a year after getting it installed. Vaillant come round and say a valve needs adjusting, fix it then leave. A week later I get slammed with a £100 non boiler fault charge with absolutely no warning from the engineer. Disgraceful service! I had to take a day off to get it looked at because there service hours are so limited too!!
