I placed an order on line on 2nd April for a Smartphone advertised in the Daily Mail. I received a confirmation by email quoting an order number and stating "your payment has been authorised". After 2 weeks I emailed the company asking when I could expect delivery. The reply was that owing to a technical problem my payment was not authorised. When I tried to reply to this, the company for an explanation, I received a message saying that the email address I used did not accept incoming messages. I have to say that although I am not out of pocket, I think that this Company should have a look at the quality of its customer service.
