Money taken from my bank account 2 months after cancelling membership to Dining & Leisure CLub

Complaint against Precision Affinity Specialists

I was signed up to Dining& Leisure Club in January 2016 and decided within the 14 day cooling off period this was not for me. Date of cancellation was 27th January 2016. In February the called for £78.22 subscription - I called the company and complained 10 days later the call dropped off my account. March 2106 £78.22 was deducted from my account they now sit with my money which they should not have taken. I have phoned and, and phoned and all I am told is that it is on a priority credit call - would someone please address this problem or I am going to be forced to take this further much further. Thank you
