Complaint against Gourmet Moments

My partner, a vunerable older person, is being pestered by this company. He has constantly told them he does not want any of their items, but they still ring. Today he received an invoice saying that a parcel for £100 ish was being sent to him and the money would be taken from his account. When they said they spoke to him - we were abroad on holiday. Have spoken to the bank who have blocked this company.
