Monet taken out of my account through my bank

Complaint against Gourmet Moments

It came to my notice through my bank representative that money was being taken out of my account every week. There is no money left in my account at all. I am an 76 year old lady who ordered some items and was very pleased with them. I had a telephone call from yourselves on the weekend stating that I would receive a parcel shortly. It would be delivered to the house and tell me what to do to claim the money I have won in the prize draw. To date nothing has been received. What are you going to do about it
