Complaint against Scottish Quads
On Sat 22nd Nov 2015 we arrived for our Clay pigeon shoot for 5 people. this had been paid in full ( £50 initial deposit and £200 prior to the event) we were asked to arrive 15 mins early and we actually arrived 25 mins early and stood for a total of 45mins There was no one there to meet us and no sign of any staff around the premises. We then stood in an open farm building waiting for someone to arrive. our booking was for 2pm we waited in the freezing cold for 45 mins and going on to 2.15 we decided to leave as we had no way of knowing how long we would have to continue to wait. I had walked around the premises looking for staff but couldn't find any. I then emailed a staff member when I returned home on the Sunday and she did not reply until Tuesday saying that she ''meant to reply yesterday'' there has been emails back and forth which they attached a voucher for 3 people to shoot, I had paid for 5 and I had not asked for or agreed to a voucher. They also referred to us as a 'no show' and admitted that they were running late. I had provided them with a mobile phone number to contact we, yet they were expecting me, as the customer to go in search of staff and information. I have sent an email rejecting their vouchers and I got an email back apologising for sending a voucher for 3 when it should have been 5, and also saying to me that had I been waiting for a train that was 30 mins late, would I have left. I find that to be rude, sarcastic and offensive. I would like a refund of £200, I am willing to lose the £50 deposit.
