Complaint against Kyme Kitchens
I purchased a supply and fitted kitchen service from Kyme Kitchens. Its still well within 6 months of purchase to date and the glass cooker splash back has shattered on its own which I find unacceptable. When I contacted Kyme to speak to them about my problem, they were very rude and abrupt and offered no help or understanding and firmly said it is my fault! I asked if they can come out and investigate, in which they replied no. I asked for the glass manufacturer supplier details which they refused to provide me with. They offered no assistance and told me to buy a replacement without acknowledging my point that the glass shattered without any physical impact which has now made me think it may not even be up to industry standards. The way I have been treated by Kyme Kitchens has upset me after I spent over 5k of my hard earned cash. They offered me no refund/replacement or anything to make me feel my custom matters.
