[RESPONDED] Havent sent out the order placed 6 weeks ago, only half of it arrived.

Complaint against My Geek Box

I placed an order for a 1 box subscription and a welcome box. Welcome box still has not arrived 6 weeks later. They then took another payment 2 weeks later, even though I had removed my card details from their website. They have said I cannot have a refund even though they have not sent out my welcome box nor the box the 2nd payment was taken for.
