Ordered items in Nov for Xmas presents. Money taken (£80). No response to emails, FB, posts deleted.

Complaint against Pearl and Earl

Placed an order with P&E in November. Money taken from bank. Paid by Debit Card. Despite in excess of 12 emails sent to the company via website, their help button, numerous different contacts suggested on their website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram I've heard nothing. Tried calling but it's an automated message and no one to speak to. I asked a question on the live chat the company held the other night, it was ignored. Queries posted on their Instagram page are deleted without being answered.

I had to find more funds to replace the missing presents today. I ordered 5 sweatshirts which haven't turned up. Its the silence that I find offensive to be honest. Only replying to the positive comments on their FB LIVE CHAT session last night whilst ignoring any queries about outstanding orders. Ignoring us all whilst they greet Christmas with our money in their bank forcing their customers to shop for replacement presents or explain why people aren't getting their gifts is terrible.

Finally had contact but questions ignored then received email in the night so say I was having a refund, which I didn't request. Challenged again but wouldn't guarantee decent quality of goods. Awful customer service. Avoid!
