Complaint against Barkbeats
I ordered 2 Barkbeats boxes as I have two dogs. I was told my order did not go through correctly and I had to redo it pay £1 delivery which I did. I confirmed via email (as there is no phone number for them) that i had ordered 2 boxes and they agreed this. On 22nd December i received one box so i emailed the company and they said as the order did not go through i had to redo it and pay another £1 which i do not agree with but you can never get hold of someone. Eventually i Reordered paying the extra £1 but to be told I will not receive my box until January which is unacceptable as I have two dogs. They do not respond to any of my questions I am asking. The service is so bad and I still will not received this box now before Christmas why should i wait until the last week in January? I asked them to collect my box and refund but I they have just ignored me.
