Complaint against IWOOT

I ordered a jumper for Xmas. I tried to change dispatch address as I would be away over Xmas. It took forever to receive a reply from customer service and when I did the first reply I was told there was problems at the warehouse but my jumper would be made a priority for posting. No mention on whether I could change dispatch address so I emailed again. I was told the address could not be changed. I then received an email to say my item had been dispatched & would arrive before or on the 25th Dec. But there was no number next to tracking number and when I clicked on the link to track my order nothing happened. I then took to contact Iwoot on Twitter. I received a reply 5 days later. I discovered many other customers who had experienced similar problems. I emailed Iwoot asking them to give me a refund and then close my account. I continue to receive emails from them that don't answer my requests or questions. I have gone to my bank to see if I can get the money debited back into my account.
