Complaint against Crystal Ski
Hello, its our first day in zell am see, hotel daxer. Booking ref 704956. We arrived yesterday. It's our first sky holidays and we prebook school packages and had our first day lesson. However, when we were traveling in the bus, your representative forgot to tell us about photo or other copy of lift passes,but was very busy collecting €2 deposit for it and didn't tell us about make copy of pass. Because of her firgetness I have to pay €69 on top of everything already paid. Should you company just replace lost pass simply for that €2 you've collected as deposit? It's no information on top of missliding information. Our holidays are spoiled.
