Checked in baggage has not arrived 6 days after my flight landed

Complaint against Malaysia Airlines

My flight from Kuala Lumpur was 3 hours late landing in Amsterdam so I missed my connection to Cardiff and had to wait around 7hours for the next flight. On arrival in Cardiff, no luggage arrived. A report was filed at the airport. So far I have been unable to contact Malaysia Airlines; Cardiff and KLM do not have any information and all they will say is that they have had some problems with Malaysia Airlines and baggage and that 100's of bags have not arrived into Europe & UK from Kuala Lumpur - on the web I have read that Malaysia Airlines banned the bags due to Head Winds, no other airline has done this, also they have neglected to inform the passengers of this and to top it all I paid for Business Class so they have a cheek to say on the web site they couldn't afford the extra weight, when it costs a lot more and they should be allowing for extra fuel at certain times of the year.
