Hi I have signed up online with this model agency for my son in January 2019. I had uploaded with some professional photos and some other great quality pictures which we took off of a DSLR camera. We had paid £75 for one year. There are two types of jobs apparently A and B list. For A-list we needed to upload some more professional photos and for this we were required to attend their personal photography photoshoot which they recommend as they then will decide whether or not my son was model material or not. I was at least expecting them to find some jobs for my son From the B-list. In the meantime we went for the photoshoot but unfortunately my son was sleepy and fussy on the day so had to cancel and was asked to reschedule for another day. I purposely waited so my son is ready when they do it again. When I booked my appointment in advance unfortunately we were not able to attend due to unforeseen conditions so I had to cancel the appointment 3days prior to the appointment but no response was emailed by the agency instead they sent me a email saying we have an appointment for the original appointment. So I had to contact the photography people directly to cancel our appointment. By then I was really annoyed and frustrated with the service as no work was forwarded based his existing profile pictures (some were professional) so I emailed them 3xtimes requesting to refund our money and would like to speak to someone in person rather than sending email after email with no one to respond. I also requested them to send me the details for how to make an official complaint. I m still waiting for their response. It’s really frustrating and poor service on their part. Please help me sort this problem out with the agency. I hope someone would call me back to resolve this issue. Many thanks
