Poor communication and no support

Complaint against Baby Models UK

The company has not returned multiple emails and phone calls made in over a month. They have not put child's images on the website despite payment being made over 6 weeks ago, which mean they are not meeting promises made. Specific contact was made as we are owed £25 refund which was paid for modelling shoot booking, which we attended and then paid full joining fee. Receptionist was polite and said info would be passed to account team but not heard from anyone over a month later. The horribly poor treatment has caused a lot of upset and anxiety to mother and baby. Very concerning behaviour and fear of complaining as this may mean they would not put baby forward for modelling jobs.

Your fears are correct. Please read my last comment on my review! Tell mother not to worry and keep her head high - karma comes round you shouldn’t be worrying about this company but enjoying your time as parents with your bundle on joy!

The same day this review went live, I was finally able to get through to someone from Baby Models via Facebk messenger and get my £25 back. They apologised and were unsure why no one returned my multiple phonecalls or emails. The profile should be on the website and though I am disappointed in the service I am glad part of my concern is sorted. Still not had any job offers but will move on now
